The Comar MD61 is a heavy-duty rudder angle transmitter designed for vessel steering compartments. Connected mechanically to the rudder stock, this sensor translates mechanical rotation into electrical signals.
The MD61 transmits real-time rudder position data using NMEA 0183 format, enabling direct interfacing with bridge rudder indicators, autopilots, and voyage data recorders (VDR).
