The Sailor S-Band Marine Radar represents the pinnacle of long-range maritime surveillance and severe weather navigation. Operating at 3 GHz, S-Band frequencies penetrate heavy rain, snow, and sea clutter far more effectively than standard 9 GHz X-Band radars, making this system indispensable for safe ocean passages and early target detection.
Featuring solid-state transceiver technology and advanced digital signal processing (DSP), this radar system integrates seamlessly with modern Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) and Automatic Radar Plotting Aids (ARPA). It is fully compliant with SOLAS carriage mandates for vessels over 3,000 GT.
